Thames Center Fresh/Waste Water
The Thames Centre Fresh/Waste Water project fully exemplifies
ESAC's ability to adapt to their clients needs. Originally contracted for
a fresh water SCADA system only, ESAC has continued servicing the needs of the
municipality. After completion of the fresh water system in 1997, ESAC
supplied a waste water SCADA system in 2000, with further integration continuing
in 2002.

Equipped
with MOSCAD RTUs, the Thames Centre Fresh/Waste Water SCADA system
successfully monitors and controls vital processes across the town.
As seen by clicking on the image to the right, ESAC has created a
communication system to reliably consolidate data from locations too far
apart to do conventionally. An ESAC SCADA system can bring you the
convenience and reliability you need to continue into the more competitive
future.
With
municipal systems, budgets are often of high concern. At no point do
officials simply want to waste the taxpayer's money. Thames Centre, originally implementing a fresh water SCADA system, was
able to add a waste water system at a later date without the need to
upgrade their existing systems. Our goal of proper design the first
time, allowed the municipality to integrate the two systems at a low cost
for maximum control and monitoring of their fresh and waste water systems.
ESAC developed automatic process operation for high lift pumps, field
well pumps, and chemical control based on system demands. An
accurate paging system informs operators of alarms occurring outside
office hours. Through this, Thames Centre can feel confident that
their water needs will always be met.
When
efficiency is important to a customer, ESAC strongly recommends its
Reporting System to provide you with exactly the data you need.
Simplified reports can help you with every aspect of managing your
system. From maintenance to billing, ESAC's Reporting System may be
the answer. |
